Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing
Stop Smack subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds only in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Account Profile page. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
4. Trial Periods
If your plan includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime before billing begins.
